Service Agreements

Horizon Technology is dedicated to your lab’s success. Managing instrument service costs is a big part of controlling your lab’s expenses. Our Priority Technical Support and Extended Warranty Programs allow you to accurately budget for service costs and us to provide the highest quality technical support and service to keep your valuable investment up and running.

Full Service Agreement

A fixed-rate, comprehensive package that allows you to accurately budget for 5 day a week, 8 hours per day service, excluding weekends and holidays, for each instrument under the agreement. The fee covers unlimited telephone technical and application assistance, replacement parts, depot repair service, rental equipment (if available), and all travel and living expenses associated with one pre-scheduled on-site visit.

  • Unlimited phone support
  • Replacement parts
  • Depot repair service (parts and labor)
  • Rental equipment if available
  • One, on-site service visit
  • One factory PM
  • 25% discount on expenses for on-site training, and unlimited phone support

Depot Service Agreement

This agreement allows the customer to budget for costs associated with replacement parts, unlimited telephone technical and application support, rental equipment (if available), and depot repair service for instruments under agreement. The depot repair service allows you to return the unit to our repair center for the more complex repairs and ensures a turnaround time of 4 days, or less, once the unit is received.

Includes:

  • Depot repair service (parts and labor)
  • Replacement parts
  • Unlimited phone support
  • Rental equipment if available
  • One factory-house PM
  • 20% discount on expenses for on-site training
