Method

required
the
use
of
both
the
dual
pH
kit
and
the
carbon
cartridge
kit
in
line
with
the
SPE-DEX
4790
in
order
to
carry
out
this
extraction.
Laboratories
are
now
able
to
automate
SPE
extractions
for
a
full
range
of
sediment
laden
water
samples
more
quickly
and
efficiently
than
by
LLE
or
CLLE,
and
eliminate
the
worry
of
emulsions.
Horizon
Technology's
new
Fast
Flow
Sediment
Disk
Holder
can
be
used
in
conjunction
with
a
standard
47
mm
SPE
disk
on
the
SPE-DEX®
4790
Automated
Extraction
System.
This
novel
new
disk
holder
combines
the
best
of
both
worlds
by
allowing
high
sediment
samples
to
be
processed
fast
and
economically
using
a
low
cost
90
mm
pre-filter
with
a
47
mm
