Successful Analysis of Semi Volatiles Using Atlantic C18 SPE Disks for EPA Method 525.2

The City of Fort Worth, Water Department in Texas implemented an automated SPE process for the analysis of semi volatiles by EPA Method 525.2 using the Atlantic C18 solid phase extraction disk.

This resulting data demonstrated that the equipment used in this study was capable of fully automating EPA Method 525.2, and that the resulting data was both accurate and precise. The SPE-DEX 4790 Automated Extractor System with the Envision Platform and DryVap Concentrator System reduced analyst labor, solvent usage, turnaround time, and improved the accuracy and precision of the results.
