FEATURE ARTICLE:
Want Faster Filtration and Removal of Particulates?

The new Pacific Fast-Flo Pre-Filters incorporate glass fiber strand technology, instead of polypropylene. This innovative, layered strand construction facilitates
faster filtration and removal of coarse and fine particulates.

The new fast-flo pre-filters replace the
2FP-47-HT and 2FP-90-HT Pacific Pre-Filters, further increasing the efficiency
and effectiveness for labs running EPA Method 1664A.

"The Pacific Fast-Flo Pre-Filters perform exceptionally well, with preliminary flow studies from customer beta testing sites, and our lab, reporting that they are the fastest on the market," explains Tom Hall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Horizon Technology.

DID YOU KNOW:
You Can Make Your Life Easier With Direct to GC Vials

Using a Direct to GC Vial concentrator tube with the DryVap saves time and improves recoveries.

The Direct to GC Vial eliminates the transfer step from concentrator tube to GC vial, minimizing sample loss and improving recoveries.

Crucial minutes are also saved for each concentration, not only because a transfer step is eliminated, but also because the open glassware is much easier to clean.

A Horizon Technology application note that demonstrates the use of the Direct to GC vials can be found at: EPA Method 8081: Automated Solid Phase Extractions of Organochlorine Pesticides from Water Using Certified for Automation Atlantic SPE Disks.
